Mindfulness During Covid-19
This programme was created specifically for those experiencing lockdown during Covid-19. It has been designed so that anyone, anywhere, can easily and effectively learn to practise mindfulness in daily life and enjoy the benefits.
This fully online programme is structured over 4 weeks and guides you through each step in helping you to take charge of your emotional healing. You will gain a full understanding and appreciation of how thoughts and emotions interact; how to become fully ‘present’ in your life; how to change your mindset to notice the good in your life, and how to ‘accept’ and breathe through your difficulties.
